Brian authored the best selling book Top Notch Interviews and is regularly called upon by national media to discuss trends in the recruitment industry. A founder of CognITek Group, Brian leads the company’s recruitment, back office and operational teams.

With his wealth of experience in building and running multimillion dollar technical and professional staffing and recruiting businesses, JO provides leadership and direction to the company. JO’s extensive knowledge of national accounts, managed and shared services, federal services, business optimization, outsourced solutions, and M&A integration provide him a firm foundation for building the future of CognITek Group.
